Two 2.66GHz VS Two 2.93GHz

ok so i got a buyer for my 2x3.0 ghz dual and i just pulled the trigger for the 8 core 2.66ghz. Dont feel too bad about it yet even tho i haven seen any benchmarks ... hope i did the right thing ... still time to cancel tho .. ehhh i think i will be ok :rolleyes:

one last question for tonight. I have 2 30" apple displays ... do i need that dual mini thing [im getting the 4780 video card] would like to know if not im gonna cancel that $99 puppy
 
Don't know why you guys are drooling over tallest Skils computer setup... I just ordered FOUR (4) 8Core 2.93's to build a render computer, with an array-sync of Radeon HDs:apple::apple::apple::apple:

why don't u get the GT 120, then sell it on ebay. get a quadro fx.... like the 4800. why don't you do that?

Of many people who say they want to buy this crazy machine, Tallest Skil is one I genuinely believe will do good with his acquisition.

come on... you got it right. you know what i mean right? i was kidding.

but i want the 2.93. guys were saying that it's not worth. i still can call them to change the order.
