When you’re looking at this, what tracking number are you using? I have UPS My Choice and the app, but I do not see a detailed list like this. I’m not asking for your tracking number (just to be clear lol), I just wanna know where you find your own.
This is with the normal UPS tracking number. I’ve had MyChoice Premium for almost a decade now & I get text/app notifications starting when a label is created.
 
If you got your IPSU, how difficult is it to change colors last minute Once you get there?
Tell the Apple person you want to change color when you check in with them when first arriving at the triage area. They will note it and send you to the ISPU line. Perhaps they'll even be able to switch it at that time, or you'll have to wait till actually pickup process.

I just tried to upgrade with a $500 trade-in. Apple makes me select a carrier. I'm with AT&T now so I have no choice but to select AT&T. Then AT&T will charge $35 fee even though I do all the work of transferring from home.

Is this correct?
Unfortunately yes. You can chat with At&t after is charged and ask them to reverse it. 50/50 they reverse.

I ****ed up. I ordered shipping because my Apple Store pick-up hours were pushing to 3-5 PM launch day, thinking I could do a hold for pickup at a UPS hub.

Turns out -- we can't do that anymore and I never knew. And UPS always delivers after 6ish PM in my area. I think an option was to contact apple to redirect the package. I might do that and have it ship to a business address for earlier delivery.
Check the UPS app for delivery options. They will have some possible solutions there.

My delivery currently has the "options unavailable". I believe they will become available after the Thursday customs clearance scan when the phone is on its way to your local UPS hub. I'll be deciding at that time depending upon what the options are.
 
You're kidding, right? Below are links to 5 posts where you clearly stated that your phone was in Kentucky, despite us telling you numerous times that AfterShip shows an advance customs scan every year, before the phones move out of China. I get that you want to cling to your belief, and that's fine, you can believe whatever you want to about where your phone is, but please don't try to revise history in order to call someone a bully, when it's all there in black and white.

The one time I did pickup, my store had two lines - one for in store pickup, and the other for walk-ins. They were making people who were doing pickup go back to the walk-in line, instead of allowing purchase at same time of pickup. Hopefully yours won’t do that.
I know a few people that work at the store, including a few managers. Ive done pickup at this store a few times and its always chill.

nice to have the arrived in Louisville stamp, avoiding the angst of recent years with the phones on a plane leaving Anchorage and then disappearing with no arrival stamp. We reassured them that the phones were there, but you should have seen the gnashing of teeth, etc.

FlightAware and Flightradar24 showed the arrival of the planes, and then their departure for their next flight, but no arrival stamp for phones until Thursday when they cleared customs.

my condolences for you all in Louisville, knowing the phones have arrived and nothing to do for the next 48 hours but wait. lol

I'd rather my phone be sitting in Louisville for a couple of days, than sitting in ZZ right now. I know there's time. Plenty of time. But tell that to my anxiety. It doesn't listen.

For me it basically stops here. My next step is a boring 6.5 hour semi ride to Michigan. Not that entertaining. Then I have to work Friday so the soonest I’ll be able to get the phone regardless of when it’s delivered, will be 4pm, ups usually gets to my
House around 4-6. So other than maybe 2 hours of following the truck, there’s not much of a point.

Wish you could track the semi like you can the planes
 
Hello everyone. While I did upgrade in 2022, it was 2 months later my husband passed. So I’m nervous about the budget now but I really want to preorder in the morning. I decided to come check on you guys once again… feels good to get swept up and forget reality;)

I’m hoping to justify another pro max and since I probably can’t upgrade again for years, I’m thinking I better go for the 1T since photography is my thing.

It’s times like these that make you realise how special life is and buying things like this can only enhance how you capture life’s moments. I realise that doesn’t help capturing moments with lost loved ones but my mum always used to say “you can’t take it with you when you’re gone”

So treat yourself, enjoy that device and take many, many pictures of everything and anything.

I explain this to my family. Yes it’s a big expense but we literally do everything on our phones these days.
 
Yup; don't stress, it'll get there on time as the iPhones always do. We should see a bunch of activity this evening through tomorrow morning as the phones start moving in the US.

Probably. I have had some luck calling ATT customer service and asking them to waive the fee. My account is on a corporate benefit plan (Foundation Account), and they usually do waive the fee. YMMV
