“Enduring” no erosion of your civil liberties, a dissolution of the permanent political class, a check on dishonest news, denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, fair trade deals, destruction of the TPP, ISIS largely defeated, strong borders, lowest Black unemployment in American history, millions of jobs added, 6 trillion dollars added to the economy, energy independence, highest labor participation rate in two decades, taking better care of veterans, addressing pharmaceutical company evil, actually tackling the opioid crisis, and exposing corruption like never before?
What’s the embarrassment? Tacky tweets or something?
It’s how ALL politicians work. The sooner you realize that, the sooner you’ll realize that both parties are bought off, it’s just different groups of corporations that own either party.
I’m sure you were keeping track of extravagant spending, during the last administration, right?
And I'm sure you conservatives are concerned with extravagant spending now like you were with the Obama administration, right? Where are the Tea Party protests against Trump? Hypocrisy cuts both ways.

Look, in the article that started this thread it says, quote, “In his tweet, Mnuchin thanked Tim Cook for Apple's commitment to invest $350 billion in the United States” (emphasis mine) so a I commented on that. Chillax. Accuracy isn’t downplay. It’s accuracy. Love that Apple contributes to the US economy. But let’s get the figures right.
How about having a Russian puppet in the WH? I’m not American, but that must be embarrassing. Long overdue for your country though given the history of US meddling in other countries’ leadership. Putin loves people like you.

His predecessor didn’t spend that much on private flights. You know how? By taking commercial flights.
Let’s not forget the disgraceful Tom Price resigning after spending $1M in taxpayer money from private flights.

How high is the deficit? How much did the tax reform add to it?
Don't forget that the 42 billion is a one off (they might bring home some 2018 earnings in 2019, but nowhere near that amount) while the tax cuts will stay.
I have been having difficulty finding original sources to determine what exactly the Treasury Secretary is spending money on. Perhaps you can enlighten me.
Last I checked the Congress appropriates funds, the Fed turns over its surplus to the Treasury, and the Treasury disperses funds on appropriated matters, runs the IRS thus collecting money, and issues bonds to generate revenues from debt Congress authorised.
The most recent budget to end sequester, fund the military and have 2 year budget window had tack-ons by the D congress critters to buy their votes of some $150B+. Funds neither the R majority or the R President asked for.

You do realize the economy has improved significantly. There are more people working at the plant im employed at than has been for a decade. If things continue to develop the whole country will be benefitting from this administration. Dont be gullible it is actually looking good for working America.

It has a lot to do with the left being excessively sensitive about their beliefs. This apparently due with internal conflicts due to the lack if logic in many of their points. In other words being willfully ignorant results in extreme sensitivity because at some level they are have internal conflicts trying to resolve their beliefs with reality.
Not true. By several critical measures, the economy is actually improving at a slightly slower rate than under Obama (we added fewer new jobs in 2017 than in any year since 2010 and GDP growth in 2017 was lower than in two of Obama’s last three years).
The article should read “senators Mark Warner (D-VA) and Richard Burr (R-NC)."

Tim's just happy they can bring all that cash back here, and divide it up amongst the other overpaid people at Apple.
That shot makes the Apple Campus look much bigger than in the drone videos. That place looks to be immense
