I purchased the course with the Mac Rumors discount, then sent to customer service asking if they could refund me the difference with the other coupon code posted here and they did within hours - A+ for customer service. Haven't even launched the course yet.
.

Thanks, they refunded the difference

I've taken the iOS8 course that Rob did, was an ok course obviously no where near the $200 that's suggested. It will scratch the surface of Xcode and goes through things that are actually free on various tutorial sites, but this puts it all in one place and goes though everything to make the apps etc.

There are functions etc that are used and not really explained so you'll have to do a lot of research alongside the course. So don't expect to take this and expect to be a pro by the end of it, it'll take a lot of work because Xcode or Swift isn't designed to be easy.

I'm actually doing another Xcode 7 course that seems to be more indepth and suits my learning style, so be sure to look around at other courses if you're serious about going down the iOS path, especially as that discount code is floating around.

What's this other course called?

Both TECHB10 and FLASH682 have expired. Does anyone have another code?

Edit: DREAMBIG10 gives you the course for $10.

Hey guys.... I tried to check out the course... but the payment page does not have any field for me to enter the coupon code.
I don't want to go to the next page in case it charges my card without giving me a chance to apply the discount code.

I want to learn this course, but 199 is something I cannot afford.

Thank you sir! I have been able to register for the class for $9
Thanks great! keep me posted on your progress if you want.

I really like the course mentioned on this thread, I'm laready on lesson #67.

While I like the way he explains how to do certain things, I don't like the fact that he doesn't explain why.
It's like learning to play music by ear, without earning much knowledge of music theory.

For example, programming concepts as MVC are not enforced, suggested nor mentioned, as of now. Maybe later... I'll be patient.

Still, I'll complete the course to get right on track, but then I'll go back and review the Stanford's course to learn more concepts.

If you missed this promo you can still get a good deal on this course by Googling the 'course name + coupon'. Eg:
