I've been trying to drain the battery for hours...playing playlist videos nonstop...

Just checked again with a flashlight app...brightness turned all the way, and then back down...and no yellow spots..

I got the motherload

A whole line of yellow down the bottom all around the phone.

After 7 Hours of waiting I get this? Call to apple store and they told me to wait a few days. BS. I payed and waited for this and i'm going to wait to see if it possibly will be good after?

Got mine Friday and noticed a little yellow spot appears after my phone warms up. Hopefully it goes away.

Mine was like that. It will really go away after a day or so.

I got my phone on the 23rd and it has a yellow spot on bottom right hand corner. Its about the size of a pea. At first it was there constantly and now it will go away and then when I use it (I guess it warms up) the spot is there... I guess I should go back to the store and switch for a new one? I mean, are they really going to go away if it's this supposed glue/bond?

If they switch and give me a new one and that one has spots as well are they going to replace it again? yikes!

They will keep replacing it with a new one until they get you one that's perfect!

I exchanged mine today, had 2 huge yellow pea's on the bottom corner. Now the new ones amazing :)

I got mine on opening day. It did not have the yellow spots but....

I was looking at the screen on my iPhone 4 in comparison to my 3GS that I gave to my wife.

It looked a little more warm or sorta had more of a yellow hue to the screen.

Last night after having it for a couple weeks now, I did a comparison of hers to mine using the blue background in the TOMTOM app and boy what a difference.

The 3GS looks really blue but my iPhone 4 looks more of a turquoise color.

I dont have the yellow blotches but it does have a more yellow or warm tint to it.

I then was in the Apple store today and sure enough, the demo ones on the counter dont look anything like mine. They look more like the 3GS did with a more bluish tint.

I would use the brightness page as a reference and set it to the same brightness as the ones in the store.

Ill probably be returning it and hope I can get a new one and not a refurb.

Anyone know if there is a way to tell if its a refubished one other than the black box?
