Yep I thougt they had too but when I spoke to them online they said otherwise, its probs best to give them a call and see tho!
I bought mine instore in the end with the applecare because I wanted it fastAnd wasnt sure what the policy is when you sell it on with HE warrenty.
Perhaps someone who has bought theirs online can comment, I read somewhere a user had written a guide of the UK HE warrenty and it takes like 3-4 weeks for it to process :/
The thing is, they can say whatever they want online or via phone... they can easily turn back against their words when we wanted to get a repair done after the 1year period, as there is no evidence whatsoever about the 3-year warranty. That is what I'm worried about.
It's only been 2 weeks since the launch, I supposed no one has got their AppleCare paperwork for this new Macbook Air yet?
