Due to arrive into Heathrow, with Virgin Atlantic, tommorrow evening. Looks like a 500 kg batch of them....7 pieces.

I get nothing when I enter tracking number on that site. Just get "No data available in table"

But TNT says mine is in Arnhem Hub

nope, that's the Delivery Reference Number from Apple. I'm using the transporters Tracking Number which is below the assigned carrier.

Mine starts with 52...... i'm using that one on tnt.com to track it further.

Still not merged

My order has still not "merged in tramsit" yet even though it cleared customs in London at midday yesterday - so looks like I won't be getting it today. Not showing up in UPS tracking system yet either.

Does anyone have experience of these guys? Are they reliable? How much can we lean on them? If they are good then mine has been "Out for delivery" since 4 this morning, which is excellent news for a daytime delivery today or possibly tomorrow!!!

note, when it says 'out for delivery' on the expeditors site, it means they are about to deliver to the designated courier (in the UK its UPS or TNT). You will then see it signed by some person (a rep from the courier) and you will then receive a courier tracking number. Normally you receive the iMac the day after you receive the courier tracking number.

First post from me. Ordered one in 90 seconds but cancelled on the Dec 4 to replace by maxed SSD version (except RAM, of course - 32GB Crucial going in). Shipped on the 31st. Arrived in France this morning. Will pick it up myself - TNT would have delivered this afternoon in stead of confirmed Jan 7th. Originally promised for Jan 3-9. Happy!

My imac has cleared customs at Heathrow yesterday and the order status says "In Transit to Customer - Shipment on Schedule".

I ordered iMac and Applecare and they will be merged together.
And I don't get UPS or TNT tracking number yet.

Is there any possibility to get it tomorrow?

And I wonder that Apple provides Saturday delivery in the UK.

Did you order other stuff with your iMac? I have seen packs going to Eindhoven before coming to France. Maybe to be merged with Applecare etc. Some packs also go back to Liege to be airshipped to the final destination. Depends where you live. Mine is going to Paris.

Delivary still says 7th. Talked to TNT and they said that hopefully it would arrive today. It was a redistrubution center. So for some reason it will probably go to another city, before going back here. Kind of stupid. Right now it is around 1 km away from me.

I would pick it up. I'll pick up mine just to avoid it been kicked in and out from a delivery truck one time too many.

Given that mine shipped from Shanghai on 31st I was wondering why I had received no email from Apple as promised. When I called Apple I was told that this normally only happens when all the goods (esp. with a merged order) get to the final courier in the UK. Tracking on Exp.o I see that mine was 'out for delivery' this morning, but this only means delivery to the distribution centre. From here it will be assigned to a courier, which may or may not be the same courier assigned to transporting from China. So it could be UPS from China and TNT within the UK.

Unless specified on order, they also don't deliver Saturday or Sunday, so the most likely is Monday or Tuesday. My estimated date on the Apple Shipping Status is Tues 8th. The guy at Apple confirmed that until it gets allocated to a courier this is still the best guess.

Just thought I'd share this for anyone in a similar position.
