Package out for delievery today, but did they ring my doorbell or anything? No, they just wrote "Receiver not home". What a lousy company, and the support person I spoke to wouldn't even help me.

Mine won't be delivered today even though it was ready for loading in the delivery van. My boss gave me a work@home day so i would be able to wrap my arms around the big box ... but i eventually went to the office after seeing my status. Next monday work@home day...again

Hang in there man, i'm sure it's worth it! Just got a call from my uncle that it's been delivered. Just chartered a friend with a car to go pick it up. Now fingers crossed that it's in mint condition ^^

I am back to this thread, had my iMAC replaced because of a faulty SEGATE freaking HDD!!!

Yesterday TNT took my faulty iMAC and today i got the notice of the replacemenet shipped from Shanghai, should arrive on the 7th to Barcelona, and i hope this time with a WD HDD and not fraking cheap SEGATE HDD!!!

It's going to be an interesting weekend tracking the flights again from China

so five weeks after the order on 11/30 i received the imac 27 today.

the whole screen has a yellow stain on it!!!

the led backlight is totally uneven. the imac is unusable.

it is a shame how apple does qc these days!!

we are mad as hell.

I am sorry for your luck man things are not perfect anymore with any products, cheap or expensive, its not the 80's - 90's anymore where you knew that if you buy a Sony, it would be perfect.

I had a faulty HDD and had to turn it back to Apple, waiting for my replacement, hope i get luck this time.

I'm posting this from my new 27 inch iMac and it's just in perfect condition. Did some screen tests and haven't found any dead pixels etc, no noises aswell. Only very minor backlight bleeding in the bottom right corner, barely noticable and only on a fully black screen.

So happy right now.

Hang in there guys/girls who are still waiting, it's worth it!

This is taken from that expo site using my 82* number, Am I right in thinking it's left the airport warehouse and gone into the courier network?

The apple site hasn't updated for a few days.

Any news on yours? I have a sneaking feeling ours are close to each other, your shipping list was close the one I got for my referance number through expo.

Im still waiting for who ever is driving it to me to do what ever they need to to get it from Heathrow to my door.

The apple estimate was for the 8th, but the expo thing says 5th.

As sod's law would have it, work want me to go to Brighton for a few days next week 7th-9th so I'm hoping it arrives early.

Out for delivery means to the courier, not the customer. I have similar dates to you. I rang Apple to double check (I'm going away for a week from Monday) and to see if it might be delivered today. Callback after a couple of hours to say not today, but Monday. So now had to postpone delivery until Tuesday week.

Did you order other stuff with your iMac? I have seen packs going to Eindhoven before coming to France. Maybe to be merged with Applecare etc. Some packs also go back to Liege to be airshipped to the final destination. Depends where you live. Mine is going to Paris.

I order only imac. TNT called to me and told that they forgot to scan my delivery and they drop that to my work. So now I have it
