UK & EU 27 inch Delivery Thread

UPS worked! But it says delivery "By End of Day", does that just mean we will get it to you at some point tomorrow, or does that mean we will get it to you near the end of the day?

My local UPS distribution centre is just 50 miles (1hr) away from Castle Donnington (aka East Midlands Airport) so I'm still hoping the 19th will be OK for me.

not at all, i dont understand why, just got a second import scan and it when i saw the date chabged, whats the reason for it, god knows :(

As you can see, his iMac arrived in Castle Donnington a mere 15 minutes after leaving Cologne. Clearly, they are not scanning them out. Our iMacs are surely in the UK now. I can smell it

Received UPS tracking number delivery Wednesday.
I hope this might help others hoping for early delivery before Christmas.

Ireland ordered while in the UK on the Irish Store before 11AM on the 30th.

Order Confirmation delivery was Jan 2nd or 3rd
Shipment Notification changed it to 28th of Dec
UPS changed to 19th.

So I guess my next question is how long was everyone waiting between "Preparing for Shipment" and confirmation of Shipping? Was it the same for everyone or different? Post your answers below!

Mine changed to preparing one night and had shipped the following night 12th)

Went from.... China on the 14th and on that day visited Korea; Kazakhstan; Poland and Germany and left Germany this morning and is now in UK.

So my turnaround from shipping was 12th shipped - 18th delivered (well it will be) so if your turnaround is the same I hate to break the bad news but not before Christmas now buddy

Well I understand most couriers deliver as usual on xmas eve… so if they can ship by tomorrow night and keep to the same time scale… I may just get it Monday like you guys did!! :D
 
Around midnight my status changed to out for delivery with UPS and a tracking number. They say it will be delivered by the end of the day. I ordered in the first ten minutes a BTO 27". Original delivery estimate has always been 20th Dec. looks like they are going to beat that by two days. Central England.

Yeah mine must have been on a truck from Holland to Germany all night long because it arrivied here at 5am. Now it's sitting a mere 20km away. I'm gonna give them a call and see if I can come pick it up so I don't have to wait until whenever today :D
 
New TNT status ...

And this is why I prefer UPS over TNT. UPS would have send my iMac by plane to the airport next to where i live during the night and it would be delivered today.
Instead I’m stuck with TNT, taking my iMac for a walk...

yesssss, back in buisiness, tracking updated, flight was delayed, just arrived to spain with arribe scan and delivery date is chaged from 20th back to 19th, yipiiiiiii :)

Glad to here the Spanish section of Team19th are back on track :)

My order was updated overnight:

It was showing EXCEPTION earlier (i.e. "delivery date may change"), now just showing IN TRANSIT with no delivery date :confused:
