my ao.com order now shows that I've ordered two iphone 12 pro's...but I only paid for one 😂
Tried that from https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/get-in-touch, clicked on Customer Service's "Start Chat" button and put my name, number in with "I pay monthly - account/billing enquiry" and I instantly get:
"Sorry, we aren’t able to assist with your query on chat.
If you are looking to Upgrade, please text "Up" to 150

I've just had the same, really not happy with them!
These just came today and I only paid £7.99 for both of them which seems like a bargain! Until I possibly move to something more permanent case wise. I am one of the lucky ones to have ordered an iPhone 12 Pro from Amazon for £849 so will most likely be cancelling my argos order but I have also found out I might be getting one from work so unsure as to what I should do. In either case I currently have no phone so I could probably use the one from Amazon for some time and sell it without losing much of its value. It’s the 256GB Pacific Blue I got which seems they will be honouring.
Honestly I'd just get it from Apple, most models are 10th to 17th November now and that's earlier than the 'predicted' currys date.
That is a fat cock up though, should defo be able milk something out of them if you're willing to wait
