Ditto 😄Ordered direct from Apple UK and the site is now running again showing my orders. Can confirm my order has changed to Shipped and tracking number will be available soon.
People who cant access their order details should get a shipped message soon...

Still nothing showing on their app, but worst case is that I get an email with my slot tomorrow morning. Means I can go out if I want to during the day.

Ive just had a DHL shipping notification for a delivery tomorrow. Im not expecting anything other than my 12 Pro from O2 tomorrow, so im hoping its that. No messages from O2 though.It'll probably be later this evening, if you've got the delivery date as tomorrow - you'll get it

Same — & it's with DHL — when I click "To manage your delivery, please click here." link on Syncreon it takes me though to a (blank) DHL tracking page.
Came back up and shipped with DPD 🎉
But the box is smaller so it offsets the emissions right? 😂 It’s hilarious how they do that and also send the accessories separately

I got unlucky. Set an alarm, went to the Apple site before 1pm last Friday, but the page only loaded at 13:04 for me. And now have a delivery date for 2nd November!!
May try John Lewis tomorrow (did this last year with the 11 Pro Max).
If anyone else has the same estimated delivery date as me would be great to know if yours ships early!?
The Apple tracking now confirms DPD for the iPhone but the delivery date has slipped to Monday for the MagSafe puck by RoyalMail.

Wish O2 would at least provide an order status page prior to dispatch. There’s no trace anywhere besides the confirmation email!

I opened my app at 12:57 and kept refreshing it - it finally came online about the same time as yours (mine actually kicked to life around 13:07) but I still managed to put in an order for a pick up for tomorrow from a store.
How does one receive a shipping notifivation from DHL? I've not received anything yet, do I need to register or have the app or something?
This happened with me in 2016 when I ordered an iPhone 7 JB from Vodafone but the phone still showed up 1.5 months later. Your plan changing does not guarantee delivery, although I hope you get it tomorrow!
I believe EE PAYG is speed capped but I can’t remember the exact limit.

....way back for the iPhone 4 launch, I got talking to a random poster over on the O2 Forums (never met him before obviously) but we arranged to meet up and go to the Apple Store in Kingston to pick up our phones!!! I picked him up in my car and off we went!!!

Wouldn’t trust a thing these CS reps say. But let’s see if your dispatch email comes today or not, that will confirm whether the rep was honest or lied to make you happy.

I'm in Northern Ireland as well. Hoping for DPD. Not sure if I've ever had anything from "UK Mail"? Is that DHL?
By doing it early. Once you book the trade in, your quote is valid for 21 days. For example, I booked my trade in a few days before the event and I’m getting £640 for my 11 Pro 256GB. If I waited, right now I could get £520 for it which is significantly lower. So the best thing to do is always book the trade-in in advance!
