I posted mine one Monday, Royal Mail tracking showed it delivered 2.30pm yesterday and no update yet. I’d expect mine to be done today or tomorrow.
Posted Monday, arrived yesterday after checking Royal Mail.
Only advised today by MM it was received, went into their order status on their website and it confirmed it was processed.
PayPal payment arrived around 4pm.
Decent turnaround.
AO says my order has been loaded. Fair play to them, two days before launch and still having stock. Beats currys who let me down

Actually I just checked back through my mails and I had the message the day before at 2am. So no idea when it will come lol
I'm so glad DHL text me saying my O2 parcel's coming tomorrow, as O2 have said zilch since I placed the order, and there is no sign of there even being an order anywhere on their MyO2 site.
They should really improve this.
However I won't hold my breath, since it seems coronavirus has resulted in O2 cutting its customer support teams down to what seems like about 10 people and more or less abolished live chat.

I feel your pain, always picking the colour or config you can't find! Will be on JL and Apple tomorrow for store stock.
Luckily I got in to the Amazon deal before they ran out - pacific blue, which will be my first non-silver phone since the 5s, but can’t complain given the price!

How does the refund work, then - do Apple refund it direct or is it done through Barclays?
And if Barclays, is the refund automatic after calling Apple or do I need to contact Barclays - and how does doing this affect things (the amount to be cleared off with Barclays etc) when I do this year’s upgrade (am currently waiting on the 12 Pro Max release).

My 12 Pro 128GB Graphite order has now moved to ready for pick-up. Roll-on tomorrow.
Mines stills shows as being processed too, but if you go to their help section and go to order status - put in order number and your post code and that’s where I found out about it processed successfully.
After CPW sent an email yesterday saying my order was delayed until end of November I ordered with mobilephonesdirect this morning and it has just been despatched.
it's not the biggest jump to make to think they would make it compatible or maybe release their own. Which they haven't
