I haven’t received the dispatch email from Apple yet but my iPhone 12 shows as shipped on Apple’s site and I have the link to the DHL tracking. Anyone else not get the Apple dispatch email?

I haven't had an email from Apple or DPD yet either but mine's definitely shipped, is trackable and is with DPD on its way to my local depot! Think they must've missed some in their blip earlier 😂

Quayside and the Ouseburn looks alright though - will be good when we can go out to restaurants/pubs properly again...
Yeah, that will be good for when the new arena gets built around there, however Northumberland Street is the main shopping destination and has 2 major bus stations and 2 Metro stations just off of it. I would have thought that if anywhere in the town centre was covered, it would have been there.

O2 5G coverage in Norwich is non-existent according to their coverage checker even though it's on the list of places with 5G. Doesn't make any difference to me atm as my SIM only plans runs until June 2021. Hopefully 5G will be good by then.

Edit: Clicking on 5G does show some areas of coverage but it's very patchy and doesn't cover most of the city centre.

Very surprising news that O2 rolls out 5G to 100 more towns and cities just in time for the iPhone...

Astonishingly my town is on the list, and I thought it would take until 2021 or even 2022!!!

My home town is on the list. I noticed it earlier today when looking at coverage maps for all 4 major carriers. Still nothing at home or work yet though.

None of the other networks have 5G here yet. Fingers crossed it's not long before it goes further afield.

Damn so's mine! Now to wait another 10 months for them to roll out 5G PAYG

Agreed! Might be harder to get 5G signal there though due to buildings either side of the street - not sure where they would best position a mast? I don’t know the technicalities of 5G though

Can’t wait, only one more sleep till the jolly DPD / UK Mail man unloads his sack on our doorsteps delivering our iPhones!

I’m having a nightmare. Ordered from Apple at 13:05 with delivers fri 23rd. Got my DHL text - great! But it said my parcel is due to be delivered on Monday???

Is there a way to get the locations of 5G towers? I’d wanna do some speed tests in central London and see what the fastest speed I can get. I know some people have managed to get 800-1000Mbps! I doubt I’d get that near where I live in Zone 2.

though it mentions

but I assume that's for a lightening connector

For those with the DPD app try opening it on your phone. I didn't get a notification but as soon as I opened the app there they were.
