It's going to be a real pain for me if I don't get it tomorrow. I've sold my Galaxy S20 plus and have to post it tomorrow so I'll be without a phone over the weekend. Then without one in work on Monday. o2 were fairly useless when I spoke to their online chat!

Something similar happened to me one year - I feel your frustration! Fingers crossed for you! 🤞

If showing Collected usually means that it has been collected to deliver to your local depot, next updates are usually when placed on the Van that is going to deliver to your door from your local depot. With DPD that can be up to 10am sometimes, it may show quicker if DPD local are delivering.
 
I just realised the wireless chargers I have don't work with phones that have magnets in. In fact most info for the chargers on amazon say they don't work with magnets.

Yes. I assume you didn’t order from Apple? I don’t see an option to upgrade on my DPD delivery from Apple.

When can I pick up my items?
Simply check in with a Specialist during the selected time window. This will ensure your order is ready shortly after you arrive. If you’re unable to come in during this time window, you can still pick up your order, but waiting times may vary.
 
I’m not sure about that if you are going down the actual upgrade route (vs just selling it yourself and settling with Barclays). This is from the iUP terms (bit about AC+ in bold):


  1. Conditions for Upgrade Option. You become eligible to exercise your Upgrade Option to purchase a new eligible iPhone, if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
    • Payments. You have paid at least eleven (11) monthly instalment payments;
    • Instalment Loan. Your account with Bank is in good standing under the terms of your Instalment Loan; and
    • AppleCare+. You have kept your Financed AppleCare+ policy in force throughout the term of your Instalment Loan.


Yep, that’s why I’m checking. I think it may be best if I wait until actually in store doing my upgrade before cancelling.

Does really provide a very small refund window, doesn’t it.

Last two days the in store pick up had been greyed out, had been looking at trying to get a 12 Pro in graphite on or near launch day without preordering as I missed out.

Checked bleary eyed this morning and managed to snag one for midday pick up tomorrow.

Much better than 2 week+ delivery, it ain’t launch day but I’ll take it.
 
Well looks like nothing from me from very no cancellation and no notification of cancellation. Delivery date keeps changing for on 23/10 to 11/11 not impressed with very but is what it is.
