I see photos of the gold... I prefer the gold. I see photos of the blue... I prefer the blue. It’s a never ending cycle! These photos make the PB look exceptionally good though, love the subtle teal hint. This is the one I have reserved for later on today, more confident in my choice now!

I always go for space grey and this year FORCED myself to get a different colour no matter what. I switched to a white iPhone 6s plus one year and the white screen was horrible. It's a lot easier for me to pick a different colour now that all phones have a black face front.

Did I mention I'm in Norway and my wife is taking delivery of MY new iPhone Pro back home in Scotland!!
I'm not home until the 11th of November either!

I sure hope there's no defects with the device like the one that's been posted previously...

The Pacific Blue colour is absolutely stunning, there is a complete feeling of premium, weight and class to the new iPhone this year. Apple have raised the bar, again.

The new edges are incredible in terms of design and finish. The screen is like flat in like a shocking way with no border between screen and edge - superb plus exactly how it should be with no ridiculous curves. Feels very much like a modern day version of the iPhone 5 (tip of the hat to Francis!) but a more premium & high profile device.

Hard to describe to be honest but it's like picking up a Rolex instead of a sub-par watch. Smokes the Pixel 4XL out of the water in terms of build, attributes and refinement. Nobody can complain about the iPhone price as sometimes in life you have to pay for quality. Massively excited now about checking out all the new internal tech.

Yeah, bit of a rant but it takes a lot to blow me away these days in terms of iPhone design.

Following the iPhone 12, Pixels aside, what's the bet Androids will go fully flat with 2021 screens next year!

Roll on for the Pro Max pre-orders! Wait now is going to be slow torture. From seeing people's pride & joys, the Gold looks absolutely gorgeous too so my buying decision will now be down to Pacific Blue or Gold.

Reckon I need to head to an Apple store this weekend for a hands on to compare colours!

Definitely less inventory in John Lewis than a usual iPhone launch day.

I was monitoring the Pro's stock at 8:00am, first nothing at all then just after 8am Pacific Blue went live, still nothing for the other colours. Between 8:01am to 8:02am JL briefly had all colours but the Gold, Silver and Graphite were quickly out of stock. Pacific Blue stayed in stock a bit longer so they must have predicted that would be the big seller so acquired more. By around 8:05am when you checked everything was hasta la vista!

That's odd, I'm still seeing availability on JL for delivery tomorrow in all the Pro colours at 512GB at least

I don't think any phone supports dual sim 5g yet.

Just using the second sim for calls and texts...not data. But it seems you can switch off the second sim and access 5G. I am covered in the area....but doesn't seem to be working!

Yeah looks like JL have now added more 512GB Pro's. Strange as they usually just have all versions available immediately until they go out of stock.

It's lucky they did as I swapped my work order across from Apple where the delivery slipped to JL first thing. Then my wife decided she also wanted one about 10am...

same here, order was at 13.34. I believe that we'll get these as there have been orders already charged with the reduced price.

Huh, turns out I do get 5G in my house after all (looked like I was a good quarter of a mile from the nearest coverage area on O2!). Speedtest doesn't make it seem like anything special, but wonder if that's just because I'm indoors with only 2 bars.

had my email from them confirming it was received this morning (though Royal Mail delivered it Wednesday 2.30pm after I posted it Monday morning). They should be processing and issuing payment today!
