Question: Apple or Music Magpie for trade in? They are both offering me the same (£580). My phone is pristine save for various micro scratches on the screen. No chips or cracks etc.
Who is more likely to pay out a full amount do we think? I had similar scratches on my Series 4 watch doing Apple (Brightstar) trade in and it was absolutely fine, they paid me full whack.

Can't comment either way, but according to Apple's own FAQs their postage only covers up to £100, MusicMagpie say their send service is fully insured. Just something to note maybe.

Does anyone know how the in store trade in works? Do I just wipe my current iPhone and hand it over or can I hand it in at a later date within a certain time period?

Have you already got a credit limit with paypal credit because you can apply for it and get a limit before to get in there clutch

Yes thanks, PayPal Credit is all set up for today’s event. I’ve used PPC for most of my large Apple purchases in the past 3 years as a flexible short term way to pay for their items. I was wondering if doing an iPhone trade-in at the same time would complicate things?

Can you use PayPal credit with a pre-order? I tried to put through a 12pro order the other day just to see if PPC was a payment option and it was greyed out when it came to checkout. Did anyone use PPC with a 12P or 12 order?

It’s not as bad as it sounds after taking out £1399 for the phone the plan works out at £27.80 a month for unl everything and 3 swappable

I have returned things to apple both online and in-store. Both occasions I've eventually received a confirmation email but for online returns it may be 1-2 days after UPS showed as delivered
