I'm also wondering what stock levels will be like across the pro max lineup.
Was this 3 week delay so they could have usual stock levels or was it because of production issues and they might be launching with say 75% of usual capacity.
I am expecting certain colours to disappear almost immediately.

I got the returns email through and the replacement shipping email too - seems like I send it off and then replacement similar time - not complaining at all.

I expect it to be similar to 12/12 pro pre order capacity - production issues is why the releases are staggered.

I have a price locked in with rebuy. I did try O2 just now but rebuy is still winning.
 
Best clean my TouchID on my SE2020 and my thumb so it doesn't mess up! Can't wait to go back to FaceID after my XS Max broke and I had to replace it with an SE in August.
