Guys nothing has been taken from my card, is this normal?

And now begins the onslaught of 'not taken payment', 'payment was pending and now disappeared' posts.

I had money taken from my card, confirmation at 13:02. Confirmation email shows delivery 13th November but my Apple account has a blank delivery date. Is this normal?

Exact same for me, money gone from card and e-mail confirmation saying Friday received at 1302 but the order just says "Arrives" then nothing

Why are people doing the Barclays loan now and then trying to preorder? You could have been accepted days ago on the preapproval process.

Super smooth for me. Just had to fight all the people who were clicking the place order button haha. Delivery set for 13 Nov for me.

Update: 12 Pro Max in Silver and Blue ordered, Blue Leather case and Belkin Magsafe Car Vent holder ordered although the latter is arriving at the end of the month.

I’ve ordered but can I change my payment method? I paid via Apple Pay in a bit of a panic and it’s got the wrong card associated with it!

I think they honour your order, send a email telling you have 7 days to sort out the credit card if its and old card. Try adding new card details and delete old card in apple wallet. Or just add the Card you wish to use for payment to your wallet until order processes.

Yup it’s completely normal. Store is glitching due to so many people wanting to get things so it’ll calm down in a few hours. Same thing happened on the iPhone 12/12 pro launch

I was all pre-approved but ended with error. once you click ok it cancels the barclays loan and you have to re-apply again..

i think i've applied like 3 times since 1.05pm. I am no trying to cancel the order now as I've ordered through amazon 5months plan.

I think the issues is for people who were pre-authorised as I already had the approval but it kept giving me an error when trying to checkout so opted to just pay outright which i was debating doing anyway since store pickup wasn't available

iPhone pro max 256 gb Pacific blue ordered via EE. I saw everyone here getting loyalty discounts so I asked for one and they said they can’t add any discount for an anytime upgrade but I managed to ocnincd them and got 10% off so I’m actually paying less then I was for my 11

Don't worry this will probably sort itself out by tonight...might just be that some have a different delivery date after the sudden rush of orders at one time

I wanted it anyway so should be interesting to see if they honour the sale by sending the wallet!

Ordered 2 by mistake both with the wrong shipping address even though I have the correct shipping address in my Apple store account and iCloud settings, nightmare.

Won’t let me edit either order yet, really hope I can cancel one and change the address on the other before it’s too late!

The pro max is killing the mini... blue mini still has 13 Nov delivery.

So size does matter

Maybe a lot of people are compensating for something.
