Nope I currently have Apple TV+ free for a year because of my iPad Pro purchase earlier in the year. For the 12 Pro, Apple have given me Apple Arcade free for 3 months.

Apple have just given me a redemption code for the extra 3 months. I believe if you signed up after Jan 1st for the free trial you don’t get the 2 month extension

Apple asked for links detailing it. I sent the verge, imore, Engadget and he said they needed an Apple Link and then why I though I am entitled to it. I just said I have spent in excess of £3000 with Apple this year and because they messed up the free trial sign up last year I feel I’m entitled to it.

The hardest thing for me is the luxury of time. The first thing I would do when lottery winning is to quit the job and play the overdue games
This suit best especially in lock down.

So many backlog with PS5 and PS+ subscription. You even have xbox. So wondering how we gonna manage to utilise

I have yet left to mention also awaiting the bike delivery which I been waiting for last 5 months as backordered

I am working full time so free time is hard to find to play games especially with other things in life also fighting for my time. Yes the ideal thing would be to win the lottery and quit the job and therefore have more free time. 😃

Will the charger for the iPhone 11 Pro Max work with the Magsafe for iPhone 12 Pro Max ?
Unfortunately no, the MagSafe has a USB-C plug whereas the 11 Pro Max charger has a USB-A socket, didn’t care too much when Apple announced dropping the charger but then I realized they changed the USB plug on the wire you get with the phone as well pretty much forcing people to buy a USB-C charger:(

Nice Just had my black leather Pro Max case delivered, waiting on the MagSafe charger and 2 HomePod Mini’s which will apparently be here on Friday according to Curry’s, and of course my new phone from Apple!!😁😁

Also called EE and they’ve changed my plan to 5G. This is gonna be a long week to wait😅
If they deliver the HomePods Mini on Friday (13th) that will be unexpectedly excellent. I thought the release date is the 16th?

Question about transferring from one’s current iPhone to the new one. I have the 11 Pro Max. Which is the best option to restore all your user names and passwords. Is it restoring from a backup in iTunes. restoring from iCloud or doing a direct phone to phone transfer. I want to try and avoid re-entering all my user names and passwords if I can.

The 11 Pro Max has a Lightning socket on the phone but the other end of the wire that goes into the charger is USB-A, nothing to stop you using the charger and wire with the 12 Pro/Max as they’ll still work albeit at a lower speed of charging, but if you’re looking to use an existing charger with the MagSafe charger then it definitely needs a charger with a USB-C port.

Love the colour too. Got the leather California Poppy Watch strap as well.

The iPhone 12 Pro leather CP case has next to no camera lip on it as well... same as the silicon case. Some of the photos give the impression it stands out a lot more than the silicon case but the one I received doesn’t... the buttons feel great as well!

Forget I said anything just checked and the 11 Pro came with a USB-c charger no idea why I thought it had the old USB-A?!? Having senior moment🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I‘ve also got the offer a year‘s free Apple TV via my new iPhone 12. Is there anything actually worth watching on there (I already have Netflix and Disney Plus) as I can’t see that there is (I don’t recognise ANY of the shows in the ‘Free Apple TV for a year’ promo email I received from Apple!)?!

Phone to phone transfer is as good as an encrypted backup from iTunes, you’ll only have to set up banking apps again.

If you do the iPhone to iPhone transfer thing (when you bring both phones close together), it transfers everything over, right down to positions of apps on home screens and shortcuts you may have created. This is probably THE quickest way (takes about 15 minutes) to transfer everything.

As a side note - if you have an Apple Watch, you’ll first have to unpaid it from your old phone and then repair it to the new phone as the transfer doesn’t transfer Apple Watch stuff over (you can’t pair your watch to more than one iPhone at the same time).

It’s all Apple produced shows so nothing from the main networks, depends on your taste I thought For All Mankind was good and Long Way Up is good too but I’ve gotta admit they’re lagging way behind the likes of Netflix and Amazon Prime in terms of volume of content available. But it’s free for a year so...

I can’t even see my tracking page and I didn’t get an email, but don’t worry you should receive it on the 13th. You will get a DPD notification before the EE page updates.

I haven't got anything either, I've contact EE twice now and they assure me everything is okay. So fingers crossed.
