The gold seems very unpopular, seems to be the only Pro Max colour left for release day delivery.

anyone bought a mini or standard 13? :D
Not today, but soon. 128gb mini. Will be a helluva upgrade from a first gen iPhone SE for a family member. I just haven’t told them yet ha.

(oh yes, got a 256gb Pro Max in graphite on IUP)

What an absolute joke, payment didnt work on chrome or ipad. When it got processed on chrome I have an email, not I have a second so it seems I have ordered 2. What a joke

Apple said on the phone they can see my pre approval is fine and the link will work at 1pm today. Yet it’s not working, apple just told me they can’t help as it’s down to Barclays. Sooo stupid since my application has been accepted since Wednesday.
So I called Barclays. They said they can see my application from Wednesday pre-approval is ‘parked’ which means they’ve transferred funds to Apple already.
I don’t think she quite understood the fact that my loan was not linked to any device, since I hadn’t been able to place any order as the pre approval was missing. She told me to try again in 24 hours, and apple were ZERO help with finding my pre approval or why the apple link for the approval wasn’t working.
So I anxiously applied again at checkout and it was approved by Barclays and my pickup time for Sierra Blue Pro-Max 256gb is 11am on release day.
Barclays called apple to confirm the new order is successful and approved, they said yes. (Though my web order still says waiting approval). Barclays cancelled my one from Wednesday and said the hard search will be reported as not needed, so I will still only have one hard search on my credit file.
1 hour later and fingers crossed this doesn’t **** up!

I'm lowkey looking forward to following the tracking along with MacRumors.

I bought the M1 iMac after it had been released and, by then, the order thread was dead. I like comparing notes with fellow Apple enthusiasts!

waiting for a call from Mr EE Upgrades as I got my PAC last week and he said he'd call today... but I think they'll just do the 20% and honestly its still cheaper to get from apple and then find a 10 quid sim.

Anyone know if they have demo models in the Apple store yet? Got afternoon off and could go for an amble and see the colours up-front, as I'm not sure I like the new blue on the Pro as much as last year's blue.

Massive issues over at EE their upgrades system crashed, not going to be back online for a couple of hours. They are having to build upgrades manually.

Lucky Demi the lovely lady at EE loyalty built mine earlier, went through at 13:04. She emailed and called to confirm the order has gone through.

for anyone going through EE Voda then remember prices increase by 4.9%+ inflation which will be around 4%+
next january. So thats an extra 9% or maybe more on your monthly price.

o2 do it differently only the airtime tariff increase by that amount. if you can its always better to buy outright and then get a cheap sim only tariff.
