To those who were asking about whether they could wait to trade in their old phone until after their new iPhone arrives, I've noticed my order page says the following:

Once your new device ships, our trade-in partner will send you a kit so you can easily return your current device.

Good to know they won't even send out the trade-in kit until my iPhone 13 Pro is on the way.

What colour is everyone getting for iphone 13 pro or pro max models?, I currently have the Iphone XS space grey, so i'm looking to get something different so it's between Silver and Sierra blue? I can't decide though, feel like I need to see them in store.

Long time listener, first time caller.

Couldn't decide between the trusty Graphite and the allure of the new Sierra Blue, so had to go back and reserve the latter too. Wouldn't normally go for a different colour but it looks... so good.

do you not get bored of the same colour, I usually have a rule where I go for a different colour every iphone release keeps it fresh and new.

Went for the max 128gb Sierra blue on amazon. Hope they pull through, last year they cancelled my order on the Saturday after release stating they were out of stock!!

Thanks to the 'There was a problem processing this request' messages I was getting at checkout, I now have three iPhones on order.

I will have to make a note to log back on later and cancel them since trying to navigate the store is nigh-on impossible at the moment.

Same here. Three orders showing on my account, three emails (eventually) received, two pending payments for Apple Kiosk showing on my credit card however, my available balance suggests a third so, who knows?

It's already gone down to £410 from £450 at which I 'saved' it for later. Just checked out now and it still remains at £450 (+£30) which makes me think I could have waited another 10 days.

This probably has huge implications if this works next year. It means you can 'lock' it in well before the product announcement even if you get 14 days save and then another 14/21 days to send it!

Massive issues over at EE their upgrades system crashed, not going to be back online for a couple of hours. They are having to build upgrades manually.

Lucky Demi the lovely lady at EE loyalty built mine earlier, went through at 13:04. She emailed and called to confirm the order has gone through.

Yeah thankfully got mine through at about ten past. Just searched ’EE website’ on Twitter and it’s a horror show as expected 🤦🏻‍♂️

EE boses won't like that this is probably one of the most important days for new sign ups/upgrades i can't think of another single day where lots of people rush to get a new phone

also its important for sales team as they can earn more in commission today than most of the week maybe even month

Will be a major spike today followed by a gradual decline until Tuesday. The embargo lifts, spike, then maintain a high level as phones are dispatched. Then it’ll go Jonny Bananas next Friday!

Very true, Demi mentioned that the Sales, Loyalty and customer services are fully staffed for the first time since the last iPhone launch.

If I put it through now its dropped to £420!

You may find yours has dropped too - go through checkout to lock in the price for the next 21 days. If you change your mind just don't send it in and the process is cancelled.

Anyone reviewing the phone on Tue will only say nice things as they know they won't get a free device next time otherwise. I don't spend much time on them, especially as now it's all videos and wanting likes instead of a nice readable web page.

Only you can decide. Both are lovely. As I said above I always go for white as I like the clean look - I then use a clear case with a black bumper. Looks lovely.
This year is the first time Ive changed to a colour - blue......

If it's the same as the way Amazon do their other pre-orders it'll arrive on the 24th. Although I've only really pre-ordered Games etc from them.

🤣 Yeah I’ll update it tonight and post tomorrow. I’ll keep tabs on the total for each day and while I probably won’t post it daily I’ll do a final update following launch day and post in my ’signing off until next year’ post
