Ok so I’m thinking I want to swap from graphite to the light blue colour. What do you think my chances are of swapping on launch day? 😫

I think you have more chance of Margot Robbie dropping her pants in front of you at this point......

Is it Pro or Pro Max? If it's the Pro, then the gold is showing up at a lot of stores for reservation on Friday? You could cancel your pre-order and your funds might be back in by Friday?
I could couldn’t I but hmmm I don’t know

Looking forward to seeing pics of the phone in it. The apple page makes it look really thick and I know is hate that. I assume it's not?

Ahh yeah thats the only issue, even with the box unopened you can't do a straight swap with Apple and need to refund/buy new

The other option is return it and wait 3 days(ish) for the refund and then pick a new one up, I doubt any will sell out

But then again its going to be in a case all year and you never see the colour anyway 😅
I've had apple refund me to a gift card before to enable me to change colour there and then (this was a few years ago but I expect it would be the same nowadays)

Is anyone on EE swapping their eSIM to a new phone on Friday?
If you go into the EE app and request a replacement eSIM and download it on new device will the current eSIM remain active to get the text message required to unlock the new eSIM?
I have not done that process before and not sure if it will cause any deactivation issues.

Heya chaps

I pre ordered my 128gb sierra blue 13 Pro Max on Sunday from EE and they said there was a 14 day delay that I will receive mine,

people who have ordered it directly from EE, what are you finding with the dispatch and available times? Any better than 14 days for the mini, 13 and 13 Pros?

I ordered at a few minutes past 1 on Friday and there's nothing stated yet for "Expected delivery date", it just says awaiting confirmation

I'll be transferring an eSIM on EE. I hope the process has improved - I can only presume so, with the integration into myEE. I had to do an eSIM transfer early last year and was forced into going back to physical SIM and then eSIM.

I might give EE a call beforehand and see what the process is - EE is my work number and can't risk being offline. Vodafone is my personal number and the process is much smoother - on the Vodafone app, you just select eSIM transfer, it does the 2FA at this point and then e-mails and lets you download the QR code. Once you scan the QR code on the new device, only then does the old deactivate. And the new active within minutes.

Ah,

did you just order it online?

I ordered it on the phone on Sunday Afternoon and the woman on the phone said it was going to be 14 days for the blue and even longer for the graphite and gold colours which I thought was odd, I thought the blue would of been the most popular
