interesting - so what would your uses be for both devices?

iPad Pro I used for anything sitting at my desk. I find it too cumbersome to hold when I’m on the sofa/in bed. I would also use it for media consumption when I travel. I also use it for digital instructions for Lego building.

The mini I imagine will replace my phone for daily web browsing, social media when I’m sitting watching tv etc. Bigger screen for better viewing but not as much of a pain to hold.

DPD folks: 1) do you receive an email instead of a notification if you don’t have the app? 2) how do you choose the delivery slot?

Only in app. the only email I have relating to this is through apple saying trade in kit is being dispatched.

Nothing from O2 yet, but the last couple of times they’ve not sent anything until late afternoon / evening, same goes for DPD who usually deliver them.

So no need to panic…yet!

My Apple Store app still shows 'Delivers Tomorrow by Express Delivery' but still no Apple email or DPD notifications (or other courier for that matter!!).

Just got my DPD notification. North East Scotland so no chance to choose 1 hour slot. Sometimes I miss living in the midlands 😂

I got my message from EE this morning saying my 13 Pro Max will be delivered tomorrow, even though when I ordered it on Sunday the lady said it will have a 14 day delay on it!

My friend has a text from DPD about delivery but the Apple Store App still shows preparing to ship.
They are obviously alocating the phones and creating the labels on DPD without updating there own system until DPD collect which probably won't be until later.

Northern Ireland, EE still sat at "Dispatch expected in 24 hours" Expected delivery date says 24/09 and nothing on the DPD app yet. Will see what happens

Just got a dispatch email from Apple but not updated in app or on the website yet so no idea of the courier but assume it’ll be UKMail as per usual

I just had a text saying DPD will have my parcel shortly, even though the text says book your one hour slot now you actually cant. I guess I'll get another when DPD have my parcel and its time slot is available.
