I've never ever had an Apple DPD delivery that provides a Syncreon tracking link. Only ever UKMail (now DHL).

Syncreon hand off to DHL or Royal Mail who don't tend to provide tracking until they've actually received the parcel into their networks which is why their tracking doesn't work until later. DPD tracks as soon as a shipment is created in their systems.

So if you've got a Syncreon tracking link from Apple at this point it absolutely won't be DPD - they link direct to the DPD tracking rather than Syncreon.

yep exactly, all the phones are with Syncreon in Hinkley and get dealt out to DPD or UKM for iPhone releases. DPD just have better infrastructure to update in realtime when the shipping labels are created

You can also get a £10 add on so you can use your data etc. No minimum term either, turn it on before your next billing period then once you're back home, turn it off.

Or you can add the roaming benefits if you are on a smart or full work tariff.

The phone ended up being delivered by a different driver, and in the evening. I think they have different vans for the expensive parcels/those which require a signature or something like that.

Its a good job my other parcel might also be another expensive parcel then (Sky iPhone - was hedging my bets) ;)

Figured it is worth a gamble anyway to at least give them a chance of arriving at the same time.

So I had my dispatch email from Apple at 11:44am.

I looked at my order on the Apple website and clicked the 'Track Shipment' link, which takes me to the DPD website, but says the item was delivered on 30 January! I'm assuming they've re-used an old tracking number for my parcel buit haven't yet overwritten the previous tracking details.

How are you all choosing delivery slots? 🤔

Mine is doing the same, should update later today. Think it did this last year too.

EDIT: I should say it's doing it for my iPad order, my iPhone order came through the DPD app and allowed me to select an hour window.

I just got my dispatched email for my Gold 13 Pro Max. :) Usually get DPD but got DHL this time. Not sure if good or bad lol.

Yes!! Shipped. DPD. Can't wait.

OT but magsafe users. Thinking of ordering a magsafe charger while they're cheap on amazon. But the heat worries me. Anyone have any battery health issues?
