Do DHL give an hour time slot on the day of delivery? Or is it a situation where you have wait in all day?

depends on the service - sometimes you get a map showing how close ether driver is to you and your stop number etc.....

Somewhere in the email they sent you it will say that the coverage date will adjust to the date you receive the device. Same as last year.

Had that with my mac last year (think gap was about 3 weeks from order to delivery). Rang them up and was sorted out very quickly.

Ordered a 13PM from Currys on 17th Sept, was in stock, just had an email from them to say now in stock on 26th October 😅

Have canceled the order and will try John Lewis tomorrow, hey ho

I took a gander at the Currys website, every single iPhone 13 is listed as out of stock!

You get that with DHL as well on the tracking page once it’s out for delivery.

Phone been shipped........ but when go to track it takes me to DPD site where it says that the item was delivered and signed for last February!!! Should I be worried, or just a glitch with tracking numbers????

Another tip for EE customers - If you previously had BT Sport Ultimate as a smart add on and then pay the £5 per month for large screen access. The large screen will be removed as your tariff changes, if you contact 150 asking for it to be added again, they will try and charge you £15 per month for it, saying the service has been repriced.

However if you text SPORT to 150 the old £5 per month price is still valid.

Seem to be asking me to do something else, I asked for BT Sport as one of the smart benefits, any ideas?

Edit: it wasn’t selected as a smart benefit in the app for some reason although EE confirmed it, added it and did your steps, got it working now, thanks!

You guys get the progress snake and it does tell you that. You should also get a delivery window in the morning

App now also updated to shipped and Syncreon tracking number working...looks like DHL again for me this year.

Mine has also now been despatched and tracking link takes me to syncreton, however when I click manage delivery the DHL tracking number says not valid? Are you able to track on DHL direct?

They did the exact same thing last year with the iPhone 12. Currys can't be trusted it seems!

You should be all good with John Lewis - if there is a JL close by they will likely get launch day stock too.

I had the same issue last year - they reuse the tracking numbers. It’ll take a few hours to update

I ordered 2x 13PM at 14.10 on the 17th with Currys and just had my email confirmation that it’s been shipped via DPD and will be delivered tomorrow - I can’t select an hour time slot though. Order status is still just order received on the Curry’sthough!

Least you‘ll get a 2 year warranty with John Lewis as standard - good luck! I was tempted to order from there but the extra 5% discount swung it for me and I’ll likely upgrade next year anyway.

Seems like your BT Sport smart benefit is not active. Did you get email to create BT ID etc.

Notification in app, it let me pick a time slot (earliest was 10am to 11am), which I picked! Coming in the eco van apparently.
