You should be all good with John Lewis - if there is a JL close by they will likely get launch day stock too.

My Synchreon shows DHL as the courier....

My understanding always was that DPD goes direct to their depot in Hinckley. DHL gets collected from Syncreon instead.

DPD’s system also tracks from the moment a shipment is created. We use DPD for bits at work - as soon as a label is generated it’ll track

Finally got a text from Apple asking me to choose a delivery slot with DPD.

Could have picked 10-11 or 11-12. Went for the latter because it was the ‘eco’ option. Felt bad picking anything else!

same here, ordered the pro 1tb and online shows your order is currently awaiting stock, it has been ordered from supplier, so not expecting it tomorrow now 🙁

Somewhere in the email they sent you it will say that the coverage date will adjust to the date you receive the device. Same as last year.

Phone been shipped........ but when go to track it takes me to DPD site where it says that the item was delivered and signed for last February!!! Should I be worried, or just a glitch with tracking numbers????

Have you added the BT Sport Ultimate add on in your smart benefits. You need to do that first.

Have you added the BT Sport Ultimate add on in your smart benefits. You need to do that first.

Yep, that was the problem, just edited the post.

On the iPhone 12 plan BT sport was included and you didn’t have to do as an add on, that change is annoying, although if DAZN buys it who knows what happens. I had apple arcade, apple music, bt sport and roam further before. Will probably ditch Arcade.

Received my dispatch notification from Apple at 11:45am following pick-up from Hinkley at 10:47am, happy with that.

Mine is via Syncreon so shipping using DHL/UKMail this year instead of DPD of last year. DHL have always been good to me with deliveries - hoping they come through with the most important package of the year!

I am not able to track the package on the DHL website or DHL Parcel UK app yet and not received the Syncreon tracking link yet via email or text either.

Team DHL! We're gonna need patience vs Team DPD, all in good time!
