Indeed, paid for 8:30 -10:00 slot. Text says delivery between between 11:33 and 12:33. So will call for a refund. (DPD- 0121 275 0500)

lots of people got excited and paid for DPD to prioritise their phones and then they failed to do so.

I get pretty much the same page as I get when I “track shipment” through the Apple Store App, with some extra details of my address.

if I click “edit” it takes me to DHL and no tracking info is there yet.

This is for an iPad not the iPhone though.

Don't worry your tracking details will be update soon once DHL collect your parcel from Syncreon warehouse.

DPD folk.. can you track your order on Syncreon too? (you should all be able to!) go to: https://seal.syncreon.com/synview-online.moc/360.syn/system_selection.p? for the order number: use the delivery reference which was in your dispatch email for the web order: its the Apple order reference...

A couple of people not getting their orders when 10s of 000s are being delivered is not an issue IMHO.

never said it was for the masses, its the tales of people prioritising and back then paying for earlier deliveries and then DPD failing to deliver as promised.

probably why they soon stopped offering that option (until this year) with apple.com orders

I used the delivery ref which was the 10 digit number in the dispatch email followed by the 'W' order ref..

maybe not so for DPD-ers

Thing is, I ordered the standard 13 last Friday but swapped it for a Pro yesterday, and the agent said I'd receive the phone tomorrow.

Who knows Maybe the EE tracker just isn't that great.

if you took AppleCare you would have received an email with your proof of coverage and its on that.
