I preordered my gold iPhone 13 pro max on the 20th of September and it said on the website order before the 23rd and getting it on the 24th. Just spoke to Vodafone and they said million of people have ordered one and it’s a first come first server basis. So no clue when I’m getting it as I’ve had no updates or dpd emails. Fingers crossed I get it next week

I may be able to get another family member to pick up for me but they can’t make 1pm. Does anyone know if it’s an issue to turn up at a different slot?
I think they hold until end of day.

I’ve just received a DPD tracking link. I ordered through iDmobile (carphone warehouse). iPhone 13 Pro, 128GB Sierra Blue.

I'm so gutted for those of you with carrier orders that pre-ordered but aren't receiving tomorrow.
It's always frustrating that they often leave their communications so late in the day too. Here's hoping you'll all get your devices soon. On a plus side - use this as an opportunity to haggle etc. I had a similar experience with Vodafone and managed to get a 15% loyalty discount, on top of an Advantage discount, when something like this happened with the 11 Pro Max (IIRC).

lol! I sure do - This forum is killing my battery, however after tomorrow it should last a little longer in to the evenings with the upgrade

Maybe you should be more worried about the covid test than the pick up... Hope you recover soon!
As sad as it is I did upgrade my dpd delivery for the tenner for it to come between 08:30-10:30….didn’t get to choose the 1hr slot and I am not in the mood for my dpd driver to arrive at 2pm 😂
Anyone on Vodafone I was on the phone with them a few hours ago for an update and apparently there’s a delay on my Pro Max even though I ordered it within an hour of pre orders going live

Oh yes that brings memories back. I remember the templates for the 6 and 6 plus and cutting them out to see how they fitted in your back pocket
Cant shake the feeling that something is wrong at Vodafone. The twitter messages are cryptic, the website now shows 1-2 weeks and call centre seem flustered.
Usually get your tariff has changed texts before they ship something (like iPad) so not sure they have actually packed anything yet!!

I did! I even took photos of myself with a cardboard cutout to see how it looked with me holding it to my ear!!
I actually did this. Event went a little further. Our company had recently handed out company branded mouse mats and I found a spare and cut around the stencil twice and glued them together. It was spot on for size and width and carried it around for a few days to get a good feel for it! Needless to say I was sold!
