DHL due between 10:16 and 11:16 nothing has arrived, tracking has now gone and just says out for delivery.

Okay so Apple Watch DOES NOT bring back everything when setting up as new iPhone. The Fitness data is all there along with Health (thanks to iCloud) but all my watch faces, apps, Apple Pay cards and car key(!), etc. are all gone.
I actually don't mind this so won't be restoring from back up JUST for the Watch. Guess I have two devices to set up today !
