Thanks MM but I've only had the phone an hour, i'm not sending it for at least 12 months!
11 months, surely? :D

Anyway: for various reasons I couldn't take part in the Launch Day fun this year, but thank you for being a welcoming bunch the last few weeks. I did just do a check on the Apple website; 13 mini in blue, delivery in mid-October or in stock now in Leeds (about 10 minutes walk away). So if I get one of the job-related phone calls I've been expecting I might yet go for a leg stretch later and celebrate!
 
Has anyone done the iPhone Upgrade Programme upgrade in-store yet? Asking how they might have got on with the 11th payment (on account of the October 12 Pro launch last year) falling on today - has today’s payment been recognised, l;waving on the £69 in-store fee to pay for the 13/13 Pro? Or have you been charged the 11th month payment in-store in addition to the £69 fee for the new device?

On phone to EE he blamed (in this order: Apple, delivery driver shortages and fuel shortages).

He said it was Pro Max’s only and they delay is 14 days. I said do you’re not getting stock for 14 days and he said that’s correct. I said so someone at ‘Apple’ has three trucks, one of iPhone 13’s, one of iPhone 13 Pro’s and one of Pro Max’s. They can only send two trucks due to fuel and driver shortages, and someone, in their logic decided to send you the two trucks you have plenty of stock of? I smell BS.

iPhone 13 Pro Max 128GB Graphite for me.

Had a terrible experience with EE today, phone did not arrive of course.

Went into an EE Store and they had plenty of stock, told me to cancel my upgrade plan and can get new iPhone in store.

- Rang EE while in store, they said it was cancelled and all good
- EE assistant in store said it's still showing as active
- Rang EE again and they said the phone part is cancelled but the contract is stuck in pending, they have to raise this to the IT dept and it will be fixed in a number of days or a week and there is nothing they can do

So I spent 2 hours in an EE store to receive no phone and my online order is cancelled.
