DHL delivery due between 13:25 and 14:25. I’m not at home and my wife “Pops out” and is back at 13:20. They tried to deliver early and left a card. Aaarrggghhhh.
Luckily not home till tomorrow evening. They have stated they will try to re-attempt delivery tomorrow between 07:00 and 14:00.

Spotify is by far the better music platform compared to Apple Music - I will go to war for this fact LOL.

I had Spotify for 5+ years with my Voda contract but when I moved to O2 (big mistake, will be leaving as soon as 12 month sim only contract is up) I thought I'd give Apple Music a go. Another big mistake - I could not get on with it at all. Spotify's layout and personalised playlists (not just the yearly ones) have got me hooked. Now I'm paying for a joint account for Spotify for the wife and I. Best £13.99 I spend each month

They did offer in store replacement however I live quite a long way away from my nearest store so I decided to go with UPS return and redelivery.

How long will you have to wait for the replacement?

Every year I forget how much of a nuisance it is to set-up banking apps, multi-factor authentication apps and Apple Pay, even with as many settings as possible backed up to iCloud and restored to the new phone.

And God-forbid you reset your old phone first. Then you’re in for a world of phone calls all afternoon.

I’ve seen it on the Galaxy S21ultra and OnePlus 9 Pro but they are nowhere as near as good as this!!!

Tracking was broken for me from stop 35/52. He just arrived about 20 minutes ago and the tracking still doesn't say delivered. Its broke AF right now.

Agreed! My sister has the Samsung flip z3 but after playing with the 13 pro max ahhhhh I cant wait for my phoneee come on DHL van

I've got gigabit symmetrical and sat it about 10cm from the router, so hopefully not the former.

Honestly thinking about resetting it again and going back to the device-to-device route. 2 hours is absurd but it's still less than what is now showing as 10 hours to restore from iCloud..

I do agree that Spotify is superior to Apple Music, but I use AM purely for the integration and being in the ecosystem fully with Apple One etc. If Apple could somehow buy/replicate Spotify's algorithm for similar music then they'd be on top. That's what really separates them.

My snake has gone too but the slot is still listed as between 13:17 and 14:17. I'm supposed to be going out at about that time to catch a train so hope it come sooner rather than later 😟

Well DHL missed their slot and I missed my train waiting. Will have to give up and catch the next one. Hope they leave it with a neighbour... DPD delivered my iPad at 10am!

Update in progress then I think I'm going to setup as new.

When setting up my new phone it got stuck on the ‘Setting up Apple ID‘ stage right at the beginning, had to reboot and start again for it to work. Did anyone else hit this issue?

I normally have no interest in the yearly very minimal to the naked eye (yet apple makes a huge deal about) camera upgrades..

however these close up macro photos have got my attention... Not something I need but I know i'm now going to find myself taking random close ups of anything and everything!😂

This is a first gen thing aswell so already interested to see how they can make them better next year!
