Not sure if this is a joke or not but if true this just shows that shipping a £1000 product in just cardboard with no film of some sort around the box is ridiculous

There comes a point where there's being 'environmentally friendly' and just a bit OTT about it

Guarantee you won't be the only one where the flimsy pull tab isn't broken in some way

From our favourite network EE delivered by DPD. Top half of the box damaged as well.
Spoke to this CS advisor who kept interrupting me constantly before i could finish And kept telling me probably opened by our warehouse for Quality Control. Had my call transferred to a manager who apologised and arranged an exchange for tomorrow.

Anyone else get the Wisteria leather case? I haven't seen anyone else post one. It's beautiful! Really lovely shade of purple.

I've got the same case! I've gone for the gold Pro Max though. Unfortunately haven't had a chance to apply screen protector and try case yet, nor turn on the phone. Super busy at work today and under pressure... so I could only sneak a peak at the phone.

you get 60 days to purchase..

pretty sure if you look at your devices in the apple store app and then your 13, there'll be an option there

again.. this is another reason I wouldn't buy from anyone but apple for their products... incompetence in the supply chain everywhere

I‘ve got Apple Care+ with theft and loss this year as well. I’m assuming this will activate once my phone is delivered? I included it with my pre-order at checkout.

Sorry, can't help with that, still chugging along with a sim card in the phone. It's the e-sim in the watch I always have trouble with. Even if that transfers smothely I guarantee I'll run into problems with EE when the Apple Watch Series 8 comes out

...still lying to myself that I'm going to give the series 7 a miss... 🤣

Is anyone getting an error when trying to get Apple care + it says “this device is not eligible for an Apple care agreement”. It weirdly also says I have 61 days to purchase it (thought it was 60?) maybe I have to wait until tomorrow to buy it?

I gave up on the direct transfer and switched to the iCloud backup route and of course it's now taking 30 minutes to update the backup of my old phone (which I did 2 hours ago) before it even starts transferring anything..

I sent my phone off to Music Magpie under Vodafone (before the 13 announcement) and I had an email about a revised offer as it was surprisingly unlocked. Unfortunately this offer was now less than what I was originally quoted due to it being after the iPhone 13 announcement, which was irritating that they offered me less for essentially a “better” phone.
