This is my back up plan should I not manage to get at least £519 on FB MarketPlace for my iPhone 12 128 Gb (I’m sure I will though!).

I really want them to be good. £494 for my iPhone 12 is more than anyone else is offering. If others have a good experience I’ll send mine off.

Oh wow, it has gone quiet in here!
So, what's the deal with AppleCare+? I purchased monthly payments with the device but it doesn't seem to be activated, weirder still, it says I have 56 days to purchase it ??? (shouldn't it be 60?) Does anyone else have this or am I missing something obvious?

Was this when preordering with Apple? If so, had the same issue and just purchased/activated it via the Apple website. All covered now.

Anyone else moving over from a X and finding the display a lot warmer? I keep thinking I've got Night Shift or True Tone on but they aren't.

You can actually fiddle with the settings for this it’s somewhere within accessibility I’ve done this and it’s stayed on all my backed up settings

So no iPhone for me today. DHL failed to deliver. Delivery slot was 5.25 - 6.25 but didn't turn up and they only deliver until 8pm. Can't get through to any human on the phone so not sure where it ended up. Definitely getting from a store next year if apple insist on using DHell for half the deliveries

Not sure if anyone has already posted about this yet but I can’t access dm’s on Instagram at the moment on my 13 pro max. It’s like the resolution is wrong and the messages button is too far at the fringes of the screen to register. Weird.

Managed to get a quick photo taken from a standard iPhone 12, not the best photo but gives an idea of the Gold with Green Apple leather case

ESR Armorite Screen protector on the phone also which you wouldn't know was on

Going back to a leather case after a year of the silicon is a breath of fresh air!

Well, I don’t know if I had a faulty esr screen protector as just applied the Spigen one and straight away is perfect.

No such thing as a faulty screen protector.

There was simply dust on the screen when you applied it. 😏

I opened the phone and immediately put the ESR Amorite screen protector on before I even touched the screen, annoying how all you do is unpeel the protector itself from the plastic its attached to and somehow dust from the sticky side facing down immediately somehow gets stuck to it!?
Anyway thats on the phone and isn't noticeable at all. First screen protector ive ever used and im very impressed (I still swear by not needing them but hey ho)

I have just done exactly the same. Got the standard ESR’s, already on my 2nd install as I’m wasn’t happy with a spec on the middle of the screen. There is another on my 2nd install, so I may need to use the 3rd in the box. If that doesn’t look good, I’ll have to go to the Spigen I originally ordered where the protector is built into the installation frame.

Went for an evening drive (through London rush hour traffic…) and tried out the high-detail navigation in iOS 15. Really impressive! Shows so much detail now, it’s quite amazing.

I did notice that the Max is really testing the carrying capabilities of my vent mount, though! 😂

I'll be driving to Manchester tomorrow (to watch the mighty Reds..lose) using CarPlay. So im hoping there's a nice change to it!

The changes to CarPlay is the main thing I look forward to now with iOS updates

DHL delivered my 13 pro 15min a earlier than scheduled today. Bit of faffing round getting my watch synced up.

New phone is great! Battery seems ridiculously good.

Sent my 12 pro off to Argos earlier via special delivery. Hope they come through with the £601 value. Won’t get picked up till Monday from the post office but will extend by the extra 7 days just in case.

First and last time I’ll be ordering through a network rather than directly with Apple, but to be fair, IDmobile (Carphone Warehouse) pulled through and got me the phone on launch day!

Anyone getting AppleCare plus? Two options this year. Cheaper if you pay in full. I always get it but have never ever used it. Don’t know what to do. Help!
