That's the exact one which suffered the lint around the edges of the glass, last year! This is the reason I would wait at least until your phone is delivered, before ordering accessories.

Each and every manufacturer wants to be the first to market with their products, and as someone referred to above, it doesn't always work out well.

Well my iPhone hasn't gotten to MM today, so it won't get there before pre orders open now due to the strikes. MM have said though that if it doesn't arrive within 7 days of posting to send them the postage receipt and they will then pay out, so fingers crossed i could still get the money over the weekend

I have the ones after this where it doesn’t have a huge gap it covers almost the whole screen minus the tiny speaker at the top. Way better

Hopefully it all works out. My parcel was severely delayed but got there in the end.

I would call their customer service line 0345 266 8821 and go through options to say parcel is missing / delayed which gets you through to a person.

Ask them to check their end of the system for internal scans as they can see generally where it is and if it’s been scanned into a mail centre.

They were quite helpful with me.

That’s reassuring to hear. Didn’t get chance to send mine before the strikes so will post Friday and hope the backlog isn’t too severe. I’ve got until next Friday

I'll try that thanks! With them now on strike tomorrow and Friday i'm not sure what use it can do now :(

Can always use SmartDrop now unless you have a good locked in price, try Customer Services and see if you can changeover to smartdrop.

Wonder how many people will go for the Plus over the Max. Form factor, cost and performance.
 
I was checking Unidays>Apple for student discount yesterday, did they remove iPhones from it? Been long time since I ordered directly from apple so cant remember if they even offered a discount on iPhones.

I was lucky to grab some 20% discount gift card vouchers I can use on App Store/John Lewis so will just order from apple if there is a student discount

Never known apple to have student discount on iPhones just macs, iPads and accessories

that's a real shame, MM have been genuinely great for me over the years.. but some things are out of their control.. you know it will turn up eventually... but hopefully they process your claim (if you have to make one) quickly.

I don't understand why when sending back to MM when it says 48 hour that it sort of gets stuck in the MC.
