have to say I struggled to get hold of an actual 'human' when I tried this month too.. can imagine they're swamped!

that's a real shame, MM have been genuinely great for me over the years.. but some things are out of their control.. you know it will turn up eventually... but hopefully they process your claim (if you have to make one) quickly.

Yeah I’ve never had a problem with them before if honest, like you say it’s out of their hands due to RM!

The woman I spoke to on chat did say that I won’t need to wait for a claim to complete at least - as soon as I give them the postage receipt they’ll pay out.
