If anyone is buying cases etc from Apple, perksatwork.com discount is valid on accessories.
Thanks for posting this! I don't have perksatwork but have just checked apples Teacher Discount store and can confirm accessories work on there also, 13 Leather case goes from around £59 to £52

Worth posting this on page 1 @Jinjin ?

Edit: Im annoyed now because ive just found out this works on quite a few things such as Airtags which ive already bought 😓

Same. Might have to get this to tide me over until more options are available. Imagine the colour’s caught many manufacturers off guard. Clear case but with a matte back to hopefully hide fingerprints.

Good shout! I might opt for this Spigen one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Spigen-Ultra-Hybrid-Compatible-iPhone/dp/B096HSZF4Z?ref_=ast_sto_dp - it is a little more expensive but like the idea of that kickstand...

Apple seem to changed the process this time.

When I go to the Apple Store App and select an iPhone 13 Pro 256gb and choose to trade in my 12 (no other option), it shows this:

I‘m currently on the Barclays Finance for my 12 - normally, trading in the phone pays off the remaining Barclays Finance (that’s what has happened in previous years) so dont understand what all this is all about???!
looks like you are on IUP rather than the 24 month loan?

reads like apple are doing a better deal in rather than taking the phone as collateral against your remaining balance, they are giving you a better value trade in price.

you'll still probably get more from MM or others than Apple..

I think the fact the S7 isn't out until 'later this fall' (whenever that is...) is making me lean towards upgrading my phone as I suppose I wouldn't be taking a double hit of buying 2 apple products at once then

What are we thinking for the S7 release date? Another apple event towards mid October with first week November release dates would be my guess

Probably won’t affect anyone here but worth mentioning if you intend on shooting ProRes video, the 128GB can only shoot 1080p while those with bigger memory can do 4K. I assume the reason is purely down to ProRez files being huge so could run out of memory on the 128GB quite quickly.
That’s good to know - can you point me to where it says that? Thanks

Just browsing the apple store app and looks like we can now “get ready” ahead of the preorder???

from the very obvious lack of promotion of it, feels like Apple are moving away from IUP.

on the main site they promote the 0% 24 months and making upgrading after a year 'easier' by letting you trade in the phone pay off the loan and use any balance toward the new one... so Apple are finally doing what we have all been doing for years :D

remember you can all do this yourself and get a better price from MM or others
