Other half has been using a Torras clear case with her iPhone 12, which is rather nice, so am tempted to go the same route.....

Got that in my Amazon basket. Just waiting until phone is secured before ordering. Going to give it a try. May as well for the price. Prefer it to the standard clear cases because of the frosting

I'm the same. I think I wouldn't get enough benefit from upgrading but might buy a new case for the 12PM to feel like I've got something new.

Might do the same with a strap for the S5 watch.

That's exactly why I'm considering the matte version, don't really like the plasticky look of the usual clear cases

Yeah you're right. The ESR has a mesh covering the earpiece while Spigen is a brand I've used in the past and trust.

Though it seems many here have used ESR and had a top experience so may get that one.

Ugh, the app is still showing as the payment outstanding on my upgrade program a few hours later.

£561 for my model so a £20 difference. I’ve had poor dealings with them in the past personally so happy to go with Apple purely for ease of process.

Just looked out of curiosity at MM for selling my S4 Nike 44m GPS watch and they’re offering £99! Was genuinely expecting about £30, and probably wouldn’t have even bothered selling it. I’m not sure but the 10% extra code might also work so £109ish for a S4 watch isn’t too bad!

I was planning on upgrading to the S7 anyway but that’s just made the lack of redesign slightly better

anyone ever sold their Apple Watch to MM? What do they need? Just the watch face or straps aswel?

They want the strap too and I think maybe even the charger (I’ll check again)

I sold my S4 cellular 44mm for £160 if it helps understand market prices.

I used eBay on a 80% off fees day.


Edit: they want strap and charger.

Judy looked at my S5 44mm on MM. They are offering £130 for the watch including strap.
However, CEX are offering £127 for just the watch with no strap.

Thanks both, never looked into or even thought about selling a used watch as I always assumed the value of them would decrease so much that it wouldn’t be worth it

Even just looked at CEX and they’re offering £107 for a grade B or £122 if they think it’s good enough condition for grade A, and that’s without the strap

will carry on looking around!

when you buy secondhand on MM, just had a thought how do they have the retail boxes when when we send our phones in they said you don’t need to box it up? 🧐
