Think I have messed up, I currently get Apple One (music, arcade and TV) and BT Sport. Today I called up to upgrade and looking now at the plan it doesn’t come with BT Sport. FML

Yeah I had to go with the top full works plan as I use Apple TV and music. The lower plan only allows one benefit

How does that even work? The quality of the call is variable whether I'm connected to Wifi or not, of course, it depends on the other party?

It routes your call via voip. It’s brilliant and don’t have any issues at home where I get at most 2 bars of signal but normally 1.

yes, there seem to be varying levels of service with DPD... apple have the bog standard 'you can't change your slot' service and others use more premium offerings where you can change or move earlier (sometimes with a fee).

Courier services. There’s an often thankless job! I work for one of the major ones.

I know that most of our people, processes and systems are top notch and we genuinely want people to get their deliveries on time. But we’re ultimately at the mercy of the bloke or lady driving the van. We have processes to weed out the bad ones (and do) which is all well and good til another one arrives.

Got one for my 12 Pro Max, hated it. Felt incredibly cheap and was far too slippery in the hand so returned it after a less than a week, there’s better clear cases out there.

So unless they’ve changed the material I’d maybe take it out and see how it feels before your phone arrives.

The Apple Clear Case looks fantastic and doesn't go yellow like some other clear cases, but for the 12 Pro and 13 Pro Max models I found them too slippy to use a lot.

apple have history in delivering sooner rather than later... there is a chance estimated windows can draw closer as they start processing and shipping orders...

did you do a store pick up? if so, they would likely hold it for you there... with home delivery, you are then at the mercy of the courier... some will attempt a number of times and then either wait for you to arrange a date or return to sender

I have this on my current 12PM. Does the job, the bottom portion near the lip has cracked in a couple of places but my phone's still in great nick.

You can hold your delivery with the company they use to send it. It is usually DHL or DPD.
