Anyone had issues in using the Barclays automated phone line this evening? It's a good way of seeing how much is left on a upgrade/loan and you can also pay early but it seems to just take you to their message about the office being closed.
Ah, that'll explain it then. Thanks.I thought only the US models are eSIM only?
Remember you'll have to pay state sales tax unless you specifically buy it from a store that'll refund you the tax (I remember Bloomingdale's in New York had a counter upstairs you had to go to) or pay it then claim it back at the airport.Think I’ll be waiting for my trip to the US in October to get the Ultra. £50 extra is cheeky.
Anyone noticed on the UK specs page it states both iPhone 14 and 14 Pro still come with nano SIM support?

Yes might have been nice for Apple to hold the price. That price increase is atrocious
You can go on the Apple store app and try choose your phone as a trade in and enter your serial number. It'll give you a remaining balance.Anyone had issues in using the Barclays automated phone line this evening? yes, you will nearly always be better off not giving the phone to apple to trade in!Looks like Apple’s trade it is not worth it. They are offering me £550 trade in for 128gb 13 PM - which is then used to close off my existing Barclays loan. If there is any remaining credit it’s added to the new iPhone 14 PM balance. But if I sell to MM I get £710 which I’ve locked in. Makes sense to sell and bank the profit from MM
I've got £585 locked in for my 128GB 12 Pro max on musicmagpie - did it a couple of weeks ago. Did you use the UPGRADE22 code to get extra £20.How are people selling their current iPhones? and at what prices - I got quoted a 128GB 13 Pro max for £575 on musicmagpie!!!
PS - for context, as of 23rd August my remaining loan balance was £568.Looks like Apple’s trade it is not worth it.
