Ouch at that price increase!

Going for the 256 Pro Max in Space Black or Silver - not decided just yet!

Managed to sell my current iPhone 13 Pro Max 256 for £733 to rebuy so not *too* bad (that’s what I’m telling my self anyway!)

I guess I could probably get more on EBay or Marketplace but not sure if it’s worth the hassle.

EE upgrade on Friday (wish they put up plans beforehand, I hate scrambling and trying to find the best plan in 0.2s)

Hopefully able to get my order in bang on 1pm through the website, and with some discount thanks to the lovely @Sal09.

Feels a similar level of upgrade IMO. The 14 Pro's Dynamic Notch is a big change, and the camera spec upgrade is a huge one, but the 13 Pro introduced ProMotion and a slimmer notch.

The price is definitely going to put a lot of people off from upgrading, especially if you pay outright for your device.

Apple top spec iPhone has essentially doubled in price over the last decade.

Samsung charge £1500 for those fold phones so I can see apple going that far. Surely pre owned value has to improve. I find selling a mixed bag always lots of low offers

To many scammers on eBay these days and as a seller you could get stung

That price increase is difficult to swallow and might actually put me off upgrading altogether. My contract on Vodafone ends next month and I may see what offers they have but have a feeling even the tariffs are going up as well. Might be getting the battery replaced on my iPhone 12 after all! Disappointed by this to be honest and I have cash to buy the phone outright but not when the basic 14 is only £151 shy of a grand!!

Could be a good time to pick up a secondhand 13 Pro too maybe?

Eeek!

I think I'm going for the 14 Pro Max in Silver. I've never gone for the silver before (ever!) but it's almost "white" and I'm loving the Forest Green and the Silver (white) combo!

A little peeved about the price hike but rebuy will pay £697 for my 13p 256 so that makes it a little more palatable.
Think I’ll go burping burple and the dark brown leather case.
