trade with MM, but usually you get way better price before iPhone announcement a bit rubbish now
I bet they are well fed up of people ringing two or more days before asking about their orders. They have little to no more information until I would reckon tomorrow when the devices are collected by DPD.

Yep that's because pretty much all launch day phones come direct from Hinkley.

edit: unless you mean they PUT you on hold after they had already answered the phone and spoken to you? In that case the longest was 5 mins

Apple can at will change a retailers allocation, happens every year.
I think CPW estimated delivery dates on their site are correct as I just noticed that the 14 Pro Space Black 128GB which up until this morning said delivery by 16th September has now changed to 5th October but the rest of the sizes including for the other colours still say 16th.

Wasn’t harassing the staff at all, just if I’m spending x amount of money with them every year to upgrade my phone I’d at least like to get a simple update on the order, which I haven’t had compared to some who have tracking numbers and DPD references.

Yeah I didn’t really anticipate to upgrade, im not in a rush.

Just off the phone to EE, order has been picked, and was told I will receive the phone “by the 17th”…so will I get it on Friday? Will I get it on Saturday? Who knows?
