Nice colour. I got the eucalyptus silicone case for my 13PM and it looks really nice. Seems to have held up better than my previous abyss blue and midnight ones.
How hard was it to get the confirmation that it had been picked?Just off the phone to EE, order has been picked, and was told I will receive the phone “by the 17th”…so will I get it on Friday? Will I get it on Saturday? Who knows?
Did they come out with it, or did you have to keep asking them to look?
Sorry to keep asking everyone who has contact with EE, but I tend to be happy with what they first tell me, then say goodbye and hang up, then realise in the next minute or so that they didn't REALLY tell me anything.
I can see why this is. The case is more of an add on/accessory, device will work with or without. The new bands are part of the watch, you need a band to take in the full experience, its kind of need to have. If any of that makes sense
I suppose that makes sense. Anyway I’ve got a new Watch band coming Friday 😃
I feel the same way, think a provider change might be in order for next year, far too much empty promises and not enough actions being taken by EE. Don’t think I’ve had a phone on launch day since being with them.
I’ll hold my thoughts until Friday comes around and fingers crossed they’ll redeem themselves this year.
I had to ask twice before I got an answer, but still no confirmation of a phone actually arriving on Friday.

Customer services reps will have limited views on progress and won’t have a clue about the procurement or logistics, especially for a major release.
You can imagine the likes of EE handing off the shipping handling to a more experienced party (who knows, you could see someone like syncreon doing that for them too!) and all they know is as and when that said 3rd party update them.
Saying all of that, people hang up the calls to customer services, delete that tweet to the o2 admin and let curry’s do there thang.
We’re two days away, it’s going to get manic here, don’t add to your anxiety!

Just swung by the Syncreon Technology depot in Hinckley on the way home from the office and they said all our iPhones are safe and sound and ready to be dispatched tomorrow! Only 1 more sleep until dispatch day and 2 more until iPhone day... 🥳😝
How do the silicone cases hold up these days? Last I had was for my iPhone X all those years ago and it fell apart :/

Been using them for years, even with my X and they’ve been fine after 12 months. The odd corner might have seen a little crack but nothing like falling apart

Which band you ordered? I was going to for one of the nylon ones but cancelled it, never had anything but the sports band.
It looks so good! I’m upgrading from the blue 12 pro, which was way too dark imo. I’ve always thought that Apple really nails their white gadgets
Decided to go into store and try some out properly this time.

I’ve always used apple silicone cases. I’ve had the Abyss blue and midnight ones for my 13 PM and they didn’t hold up well. I’ve got the eucalyptus one on now and it seems to hold to better.
