If I decide I'd like to mostly use pro raw images on my 14PM, can I just use iCloud to store them and pay for the 2TB plan?

Does the optimise option in iCloud photos keep the full size ProRAW version in iCloud and leave a lower res version locally on the iPhone?

One thing I remember from before is that if you got AppleCare+ they normally activate it from day of purchase. When I got my 12P I am pretty sure that I had a coverage email and my new phone was in my device list on Apple.com by the Wednesday of the release week?

I havent got AppleCare+ this time (couldn't use a combo of gift card and credit card to do it monthly so will wait until Friday) so can't check - anyone got their AppleCare coverage email?

I just checked and the 13P came out on the 24th and I had the AC+ email on the 23rd... so expect them tomorrow.

yes, be careful.
In the past the images for the new phones are put up on the release day, so will be some time on Friday but might not be first thing

There is no Nike edition of the series 8. Apple discontinued it.

The other reason to not set up from scratch is reinstalling the watch!!! It is so seamless now to transfer the watch from phone to phone.

Taken - 'only' £409 on the credit card as rest on a gift card, but pending from last Friday and money taken yesterday. Also ordered a new Hermes strap and money taken for that for Friday delivery
