It kinda depends where you look. There tracking is nothing close to that provided by DPD. When I check the tracking on the website it says it’s collected. When I check the tracking status in the DHL app it says order received.

Both have the same time stamp and I have no movement since 16:07.

Yes. I’m in the same position. Well, time stamp is 16.09. Not happy with DHL. Wish they used DPD who have always been good for me at least.

I’m not used to DHL. I get most deliveries via DPD, Evri or UPS. I know their ways so I kinda know what to expect. I have no idea if this is how DHL tracking works.

I guess we will all find out soon enough. I have to say I was gutted when I found out it was DHL and not DPD as normal with Apple orders.

Keeping it positive and poor tracking aside I’m hoping for a smooth delivery for us all.
 
DHL - Mine is now at delivery depot @3:44

Tracking on website the app has not updated!

I did notice the times have changed on the website. My app still show they are waiting on the parcel. The website show it is at the delivery depot. No idea why the app is different.

There always seems to be a lag with the app updating, I’ve found that historically too. Also similar experience with other providers like Evri etc - web first then app later.

DHL and still showing collected here at 5.02am. Not too worried though my case the other day did not arrive at the delivery depot until 6.07am

Happy collection day all! #TeamDHL have been awake most of the night frantically refreshing tracking but finally got some movement!

I bet all the DPD’ers caught some lovely !

Either way, big day and hope all that are not waiting for a delivery manage to secure some launch day stock across one of the retailers!

Look forward to the plethora of “delivery slot updates later” !
