Looks good, but my graphite 13 Pro doesn’t look much lighter? Think it’s very dependent on you ambient lightning and angle.

I'm away for a few days in B'ham at the NEC.. so John Lewis being closed now in Brum.. means I managed to reserve a phone to collect tomorrow in Solihull. Short ride away. Alas though.. the 512's all sold out before I'd even pressed 'pay' but I've snagged a 1tb version.. and will collect tomorrow after work. A little more than I wanted to spend but my justification is that I WILL be shooting 48mp images and lots of pro res video so at least I'll have plenty of storage.

What's their 2 year guarantee? Assume it's not as robust as AppleCare+ but is it useful at all?

From my experience the 2 year guarantee can be hit and miss. I’ve had to argue about a fault before they agreed to repair an item in the past.

They used to be a lot more accommodating many years ago but alas my experience of JL has deteriorated of late.

How heavy is it?

Would say it feels about the same/maybe a bit heavier than my 12 Pro Max but the weights never really been a concern for me. It’s definitely substantial which I think is a good thing
