What model are you getting?

Aaargh! Why did I not order space black. Was awake at 5 but fell asleep again so no reservations for black at local store. Hopefully I’ll love the purple, silver or gold.

DHL and one DPD order at the local depot (updated at around 8am) but no delivery timeframes yet. Am sure my DPD will be much later in the day as usual.

I usually find if I am getting delivered to the office in Dyce I get notified around 12-1pm to say its on a van... however if I am getting things delivered to home in the shire usually the next day and it sits in Portlethen all night

JL promo codes can’t be used on Apple products. I had a similar issue on a few spend and save vouchers and for the free Google Nest offer they had on. Even though I was wanting to spend £1200 on a MacBook they wouldn’t give me a free £50 google nest. Offer T&Cs did not mention it but was told by CS it couldn’t be used. They really don’t help themselves.

I think JL’s main selling point was their customer service and guarantee in the past but these days it’s very hit and miss/not worth the paper it’s printed on from my experience (plus from what I’ve read on the internet from others).

Ready for my iPhone 14 pro space black 256GB. A step down from the Max which I’ve been used to but found to just be too big to lug around everyday and sometimes heavy when holding for long periods of time! and not being able to reach the dynamic island with one hand makes it seldom useful in my opinion! Just awaiting my dpd slut now…

Yea, both the Apple and Syncreon sites still say delivery tomorrow. Only the DHL one which was confusing.

Do you think I could just go a couple of hours earlier than my pick-up time? Not that I am desperate, it just suits me more to go at 10am instead of 12pm. Never done store pickup before so not sure how strict they are.

You don’t deserve to be a part of team Space Black. You should’ve known from the start it was the best colour. We may be able to offer you the option to do a letter of remorse but this requires a minimum of 1000 words as to why it’s the best colour and what you’ll do to prove you’re sorry for betraying this team.

DPD says due for for delivery 11:25 and 12:25, which is better than I expected.

I managed to drop my current phone whilst walking the dog on the morning of pre-order. The screen now flickers green almost constantly. I can get it to stop for a bit, but it soon returns. Missus thinks I did it deliberately so I could upgrade!😂

Going from 11Pro to 14Pro, so going to be a good step up.
 
Anyone else in London still waiting for a DPD slot? I have two DPD deliveries due today (iP14PM from Apple, clear MagSafe case from Currys) so am crossing my fingers they come earlier rather than later!!

I’m out in Inverurie. Usually pretty good at getting things to me next day, but shall wait and see what happens today and if not, fingers crossed for tomorrow
