Ready for my iPhone 14 pro space black 256GB. A step down from the Max which I’ve been used to but found to just be too big to lug around everyday and sometimes heavy when holding for long periods of time! and not being able to reach the dynamic island with one hand makes it seldom useful in my opinion! Just awaiting my dpd slut now…

Anyone else in London still waiting for a DPD slot? I have two DPD deliveries due today (iP14PM from Apple, clear MagSafe case from Currys) so am crossing my fingers they come earlier rather than later!!

Morning all. Woke up at 06:30 and saw loads of stock on the iUP checker, even though I want to purchase outright, so reserved one for pick up tomorrow at Apple Store Bromley. Checked JL at 08:00 and ordered a 128gb Deep Purple 14 Pro for collection tomorrow and still showing is in stock as of now. Tried to use their £15 off £190 code but it wouldn't accept it saying that it was not applicable to the content of my basket. Shame but I went with it anyway for the for the 2 year guarantee which comes in useful when reselling privately in a year's time. When I get a dispatch confirmation I'll cancel the Apple Store Reservation. Hope everyone enjoys getting theirs today.

None of the ones I was trying to use said anything about excluding Apple products. There was a few people on their Twitter asking the same. They just said ‘sorry can’t be used’. They really aren’t what they used to be. No wonder they are struggling.

My pickup slot at the Apple store is 1115-1130. However, I'm not going to be able to get there until about 5pm.
The email I've received from Apple clearly states (twice) that they hold the phone for 7 days so I'm not worried about losing it. I'm just wondering how long I'll be waitng to be seen when I turn up several hours late...

I'm in a similar situation where the pickup time is like 4pm but I won't be able to get there until after work. I did speak to Apple about this over their chat system and they said it should be fine and the app also says they hold it for the 7 days. Hopefully it all goes smoothly later!

As someone who always has black phones (until the 12 Pro Blue) I’ve opted away from black this time around. If it had been Jet Black I’d have got it. But it’s defo one of those where it looks jet black on some angles, and then grey on others. That silver is cleannnnnn as though! I’ll pair mine with the Ink leather case and think that combo with the white camera bump is gunna look so good!

My gripe with silver in the past has that it’s always looked an off white, this time they’ve nailed it. Just offering sone context from a silver purchaser too - you made the right call

*Not slating the black in case anyone thinks I am - it’s an Apple product regardless, I could never slate one of those haha!
