Congrats to all those who've managed to get theirs already or later today, enjoy!

Meanwhile I hope DPD pay for this:

I got my in-store pickup for tomorrow morning, anyone know if I could go to the store today and pick it up early?

I’ve never understood how shopping centres can charge for parking - Westfield does this.

It’s not like they can’t cover this from ground rent for the stores inside.

If I wasn’t in London today, I’d have collected mine from my local store in a mall that has (shock) free parking.

Thieving b*stards.
Greed.

Anyone on TeamDHL still waiting for a slot? Also those that show 8-8 do the 1 hour slots come through when the snake appears? Mine has the following which I assume means on Van but no movement yet?

Anyone else have their DPD turn up before being given a slot, or just the one of you? I need to tell my former landlord what the slot is or he prob won't hear the door!

DHL stop 136 (17:07 estimate). Happy to be the one who takes the pain so others get more luck and theirs earlier :)

Anyone else got a higher stop count? :)

None of the ones I was trying to use said anything about excluding Apple products. There was a few people on their Twitter asking the same. They just said ‘sorry can’t be used’. They really aren’t what they used to be. No wonder they are struggling.
Historically, there is a really small profit margin on Apple products - one reason PC World refused to stock their products initially, was that they demanded a 30% margin, which Apple wouldn’t agree to (at that time, the profit margin on a £1,000 iMac was just £70).

I suspect that JL exclude Apple from these deals (as I found out myself recently!) because it’s just not economically viable, especially as they give a free two-year warranty.

Made it to London. I am very sleepy 😴

Going to leave bags at the hotel then off to Regent Street.

Hope everyone is enjoying their new phones/tracking them 😂
