Just been paid from MM as well
. Yes I was concerned, rightly so in my opinion. To not have the ability, bank holiday or not, to send an email to briefly explain to all of us, when it wasn’t our fault (never changed anything in my details) is poor.
It’s not as though they have 1 computer, 1 person who does the emails, massive company like this. Could have went on social media to post something.
Anyway glad it’s sorted for a lot of people now. Now I can enjoy the 14 Pro more knowing it hasn’t cost me a lot more than maybe thought!!
