Yes you can mate. I clicked on “Return my device” and started again. Standard “No operator available” message again. Let’s see what happens next. Luckily I’ve brought a micro fibre cloth with me so if it happens again I’ll be giving the lenses inside a good wipe

The Apple Store (not online) refund policy…. An I return a phone if I’ve opened it and used it within 14 days?

Downgraded again. Something is clearly not right. Trying my 13 PM now, see what happens with that.
Dude/Dudette. I feel for you right now. I'd say send it in but that feels risky considering this now. Also wasn't there somebody about 60 or so pages ago who said MM refused to revalue his device because they linked his condition grade to his IMEI... But who know what story MM says is true?

Bit off topic but could anyone who has a cellular apple watch have a look at the settings on the actual watch and in the”About” section could you tell me what it says under ICCID please? I have been having “no connection” problems but noticed today if i keep my iphone open it doesnt lose signal on my watch. But in the about section under ICCID it say NO SIM so am wondering if O2 hasnt migrated my cellular plan completely? Would be really grateful if someone could confirm what their watch says. TIA
Mine said NO SIM until I shut down the phone and turned off wifi on the watch. A few seconds later the watch connected via the mobile network and replaced NO SIM with a long number.

remember you still get 14 days to change it so keep looking for the purple!
Can you add in something to next year’s FAQs about this sort of thing (returning handsets for tenuous reasons) to explain why people have to wait past the launch date? Would be good to include as an overall pre-order experience explainer 👍

Thanks Rhino7 just tried that on mine and it did then display a long number under the ICCID, so the sim is provisioned to O2, just dont know why the signal seems so unstable and that i have to leave my iphone open all the time for it to keep connected, strange?

Why is nothing easy with MM? First try could not find an operator. Second try they down graded the phone as “poor”. Now onto my third. The phone is absolutely spotless, not a single blemish or fingerprint on the side band, screen or back. Still got another one to go.
There are definitely a few things they can improve with the kiosk process
